By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws. We may update this website or these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
3. Products
All items for sale are limited edition fine art giclée prints, available signed, numbered and framed as specified. Each signed edition includes a Certificate of Authenticity, which will be dispatched separately to the framed print.
4. Payment & Delivery
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are added at checkout and exclude any additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to international orders, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using our secure checkout system.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be framed, packaged and dispatched within 5 working days to the delivery address provided by you. Please check your country’s import rules and ensure that the delivery details are correct before placing your order as we are unable to change your order once dispatched.
Orders are shipped worldwide via Royal Mail or tracked courier services at the following flat rates:
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information and estimated delivery time from the date of dispatch.
Please note these times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
5. Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your limited edition print, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return the print to us in its original packaging within 14 days of cancellation for a refund. Please email info@austengolf.com to cancel your order and receive further details on how to return your print to us. You must obtain proof of postage for any item you return.
All prints are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty print, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or fault (including photos of the outer packaging if the damage occurred in transit) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We will refund the price you paid for the print to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage. Please note that we will only refund postage costs or return shipping costs if you received a damaged or faulty print.

All content on this website, including text, design, layout, logos, and product photography, is the copyright of Austen Gallery Limited, unless otherwise stated. No reproduction or use is permitted without our prior written consent.
All artworks are copyright of the artist Joe Austen and are reproduced on this website by Austen Gallery Limited under licence from the artist.
All charity names and logos are used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
7. Image Use & Press Enquiries
If you would like to use one of our images for editorial, promotional, or documentary purposes, please email info@austengolf.com with details of your programme or publication, intended use, image(s) requested and duration of use.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the Scottish courts.
